Enhancement of functionality in acute critical situations on board through the build-up of crucial knowledge and essential skills

Creation of action orientation aimed at the regaining of self-control and the control over others

Specifically aimed at

psychological and social processes

Enhancement of the capacity to interact efficiently with life threatening environments

Integrated maritime training

3 days physical attendance (8.30-16.00)

Simulated exercises, group and individual tasks, observation and ongoing feedback

2 psychologists with collectively 30 years of experience with Maritime Psychology, and with backgrounds as civilian leaders and Army Reserve Officers
